I have just changed my bank account from Halifax to TSB. Due to the fact that TSB was the only bank to help out a loan for my son to pay his credit card off. Halifax were not prepared to help me being a third party, even though the credit card was with them, not even prepared to help my son, told him to carry on paying it off the way he has done.
